"This location is going downhill fast. The people employed there seem to think they can just play with your money and it not matter. I called in advanced to get a policy for them to tell me they are calling me back and to never get a call back. I finally get the policy and they then cancel my first policy without permission. I finally get that sorted and then they double charge my credit card. I asked for the money back was assured I would get it, then nothing. Still charged twice and they don’t reach out to me. I reach back out to them and they tell me I received a credit on my next bill and asked if that’s okay. I had to ask for the money back AGAIN making it 3 times. I don’t want the credit, I want the money that I did not give you permission to take from my account. I have also submitted a complaint with actual State Farm and the bbb."
